Do I need the Sprint before Monthly Ops?
We recommend it. The Sprint builds the foundation: optimized categories, descriptions, services, photos. Monthly Ops keeps everything active and growing. If your profile is already well-optimized, we can assess and potentially skip straight to Ops.
How long before I see results?
Most clients see noticeable improvements in local search visibility within 4 to 6 weeks after the Sprint. Monthly Ops clients typically see compounding results over 3 to 6 months as Google rewards consistent activity.
Do you require contracts?
No. The Sprint is a one-time payment. Monthly Ops is month-to-month, cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We keep clients by delivering results, not by locking them in.
What trades do you work with?
Any home service contractor or skilled tradesperson: plumbers, electricians, roofers, HVAC techs, painters, landscapers, general contractors, remodelers, and more. If homeowners search for your service, we can optimize for it.
Do you need access to my Google account?
Yes, we need manager access to your Google Business Profile. We walk you through exactly how to grant this during onboarding. It takes about two minutes and you maintain full ownership at all times.
What if I don't have a GBP yet?
We can help you set one up and verify it as part of the Sprint. Verification can take 1 to 2 weeks depending on Google's process, but we handle the legwork.
What's founder vs standard pricing?
Founder pricing is a discounted rate for our first clients. We're building our portfolio and case studies, so early clients get a lower price in exchange for being part of that process. Once founder slots fill, pricing moves to standard rates.
I have multiple locations. How does pricing work?
We offer multi-location pricing for both the Sprint and Monthly Ops. Two to three locations get a bundled rate, and additional locations beyond that are discounted per-location. Check the pricing boxes on each package above for specifics.
